We launched a weekly video podcast that now runs as a four-channel authority system — YouTube series, audio podcast, short-form social and newsletter produced together from one studio day per month. In 14 months: audience grew 412%, weekly founder time dropped from 14 hours to under one, and 48 episodes are published across all platforms.
